This blog originated, in large part, when my first son (now 3) was diagnosed with wheat, dairy, egg, shellfish, peanut and tree nut allergies. He has grown out of the wheat and dairy, but his other allergies are still present. It was a challenging transition for me to deal with. My earliest posts (from 3 years ago) touch on this. I also have recipes that are egg free because of him. While I know it will continue to be a challenge for him and us, how this is and will add to our life. Yet I know that it can be lonely. This list of resources will hopefully grow over time.
